Foot pain

Our feet have an impressively complex design. They consist of almost 30 bones, almost 30 joints, 60 muscles and over 200 tendons. Healthy feet are vital to us, allowing us to make our way through life without unnecessary pain. Our feet support us, they provide our balance and our progress.

If you suffer from Foot pain that could originate from a number of varying causes. The feet are the parts of the body that have to carry the biggest load every day, namely our entire body weight. That’s why they are prone to overuse strainwhich can lead to pain in the long run. Other causes such as foot misalignments, tendon or ligament injuries to the foot and  Arthrosis can also cause foot problems.
